Named after a Lineage grundy tank that shipped from the West coast, this American IPA is hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Citra to build a complexity of tropical fruit flavors and aroma with a resiny finish.
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Wholly Craft! This American style wheat beer was brewed with orange zest and cranberries. Subtle cranberry flavor with hints of citrus and a nice bready finish.
An ale you can really air your grievances to. This malty English style ale is brewed with a balance of orange peel, American citrusy hops, cinnamon, and fresh grated ginger. FestCbus finishes smooth with a hint of spice and graham cracker.
European Potato Lager
Brewed in collaboration with the Clintonville Farmers Market. We used 100 lb of locally grown potatoes from Granny B Farms, a healthy hand of Saaz hops and a Danish lager strain to create this crisp, refreshing beer. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Clintonville Farmers Market.
Blueberry Berliner Weisse
Aunt Bernice turns a little blue this time. This version of Bernice has a lighter more complex tartness from “souring” the beer with yogurt. We then add blueberries to create a gorgeous color and wonderful fruit flavor.
Nitro Blonde Stout
We took our favorite stout recipe, made it more toasty, removed all roasted malt and added locally roasted coffee, organic cocoa nibs and a few vanilla beans to create a deliciously confusing, creamy chocolate and coffee forward blonde beer.
English Brown Ale
This northern English Brown Ale is named after the northern edge of Clintonville, Beechwold. It has a delicate hoppiness in the front from East Kent Goldings hops with a carmel and nutty character in the finish from English Marris Otter malt. A nice early autumn beer for warmer days and cooler nights.
American Blonde Ale
Fermented with a Aromatic New England yeast, oats and hopped with a heavy dose of late addition Amarillo and Hallertau Blanc hops. This blonde is a beautifully delicate beer with a touch of sweetness and a fruity finish.
German Bock Lager
Names after Clinton C. Hollenback, a Clintonville resident who founded the Booster newspaper. This bock lager is malty with a slight toasty flavor. It will help warm you up on these chilly autumn nights. Prost!
Monochromatic Moon Mist
Foreign Extra Stout
Inspired by the stouts originally made for workers in the Caribbean and other tropical climates. Our Foreign Extra Stout is dark, rich, and a touch sweet. Notes of coffee, chocolate, and a little caramel make this an easy drinking cool weather beer.
